Shared Hosting

Dedicated Hosting
We set up a separate hosting plan in your name.

- Your own custom domain (.com or .ph). We register and manage it for you, billed at cost (~₱1,200–₱2,500/yr).
- Hosting
- A dedicated hosting plan we purchase and configure (on your account or ours). More resources, staging site, and room to grow.

The contract

Contract length
- Choose a 1, 2 or 3-year term for the maintenance + hosting service.
- 1 year: standard annual rate.
- 2 years: 5% off the annual fee.
- 3 years: 10% off the annual fee.
- The build fee is one-time and separate from the term.
What maintenance covers
- Security updates and platform/plugin patching.
- Daily backups with restore on request.
- Uptime monitoring and SSL certificate renewal.
- Hosting management (Shared plan) or hosting setup + oversight (Dedicated plan).
- Content edits within your monthly hours (text, images, prices, small layout tweaks).
- Bug fixes for features we built.
- Email support — next business day (Shared) or same day (Dedicated).
What's not included
- New pages, new features or a redesign — quoted separately.
- Third-party costs: domain renewal, dedicated hosting, premium plugins, paid email above your allowance.
- Copywriting, translation, photography and ongoing SEO campaigns.
- After-hours / weekend emergency support (available as an add-on).
Payment
- Build fee: 50% to start, 50% on go-live.
- Annual fee: billed yearly in advance.
- All amounts in PHP, payable within 7 days of invoice. Prices exclusive of VAT.
Domain & ownership
- You own your domain name and all your content at all times.
- On full payment of the build fee, the website files and a licence to use the code transfer to you.
- On the Shared plan, if you move to another host later we provide a one-time export of your site and database.
Renewal & ending the contract
- Terms renew automatically each year at the then-current rate unless either side gives 30 days' notice before renewal.
- You can end the contract after the term with 30 days' written notice.
- On exit we provide a full export of your site and up to 2 hours of help migrating away.
- Either party may end the contract earlier for a serious breach not fixed within 15 days of written notice.

Which plan should I choose?
Start with Shared Hosting if you want a simple website live quickly with one predictable bill. Choose Dedicated Hosting if you expect real traffic, want an online store or a member area, or your own IT team wants control of the hosting account.
Can I move my website later?
Yes. You own your content and domain, and the code licence transfers to you on payment. If you're on Shared Hosting and want to move out, we give you a one-time export of the whole site and database and up to 2 hours of migration help.
What happens if I stop the contract?
After your term ends you can stop with 30 days' notice. We hand over a full export and help you migrate. On the Shared plan your site comes off our servers once you've moved; your domain stays yours.
Do you write the content?
Light editing and formatting of content you provide is included. Full copywriting, translation and photography can be added to your quotation.
Is there a contract we can review first?
Yes — the plain-language terms on this page are the contract. We issue a one-page order form with your chosen plan, term and price for signature. Your lawyer is welcome to review before you sign.
